Boo for SNOW!!!! :(

I hate SNOW!!! Really the only time it is good is when it stays in the mtns. I know we need the water etc but still, when snow falls all the idiots come out and it makes life miserable! I am sick of this scene:

Maybe I just need to move somewhere that doesnt have much if any snow.... Any ideas??
